More importantly, it leverages the Magnet job-matching platform where job seekers can post their resumes and employers can post opportunities and specifically target PWDs. For job seekers, once their resume is in the system, they will get pushed via email job opportunities automatically when they are a good match with a posting based on their skills and experience. For PWDs who self-declare (anonymously) they will not only have access to all job postings on the platform, but further benefit when employers are specifically targeting jobs to this under-tapped labour pool (targeted recruiting towards PWds)!
